DFKI Presented BERTHA‑Related Research at WACV 2026

A research paper from DFKI, developed within the scope of the BERTHA project, was presented online at the IEEE/CVF Winter Conference on Applications of Computer Vision (WACV) 2026, held from March 6–10 in Tucson, Arizona.

WACV is one of the leading international conferences in computer vision, bringing together the research community for several days of technical exchange and collaboration. The presentation of this work provided the opportunity to showcase the project’s latest advances to a broad audience of experts, reinforcing BERTHA’s presence in major scientific forums.

The presented paper, “IMKD: Intensity-aware Multi-level Knowledge Distillation for Camera-Radar Fusion”, contributes to ongoing discussions around multimodal perception and novel approaches to sensor fusion.
